• Cardiac packages are only booked on a prior appointment basis.
• The health check up package cannot be split between two or more people.
• Advance booking of Rs 500 is mandatory to book any plan which is non-refundable in case of cancelation / no show/ by the patient.
• Payment option: scan QR code/ phone pay or Paytm @9968569870
• Before payment, make sure to confirm the date and time slot for the individual package
• Payment confirmation to be sent via WhatsApp/ SMS/ Email to confirm your booking
• Our executive will assign the date and time depending on the availability of slots
• The date and time cannot be changed once allotted
• Be present 15 min prior to your allotted date and time
• Any delay in appearance may lead to the cancelation of your package tests without any refund of the booking amount
• 4 hours of fasting is mandatory for the Treadmill test ( TMT ), Stress Echo, or Dobutamine stress echo (DSE)
